Eligibility

Installation and Setup

• The customer is required in person to enable our engineer to register, setup remote access and recording of the device.

Offer Limitations

• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Availability is subject to the provider’s discretion and is limited to one device per property.

Liability and Warranty

• The device is provided with a 12 month RTB warranty.
• The provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from installation, operation, or data breaches related to the device.
• The customer assumes all risks associated with the use and setup of the camera.

Data and Privacy

• The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

Modifications and Termination

• The provider reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer and these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the device constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
